Fertility Concept Coach
I’m Jenny O’Kelly a clinical hypnotherapist and advanced emotional freedom techniques Practitioner (EFT) and Trainer. I have been helping couples to conceive and give birth since 2004. (Please check out my qualifications and training). Nothing brings me more joy than to witness the transformation that can take place through the sessions that we do.
As women there are many emotional and psychological issues that we may experience and carry through life, abortion, fear of childbirth, a traumatic birth or hearing family horror stories about birth. The circumstances of our lives affect our bodies and manifest themselves in physical symptoms even if we are not consciously aware of it. Through a tiny part of the brain known as the hypothalamus the emotions are linked with the functioning of the pituitary gland and the production of hormones vital to reproduction. That’s why using techniques like Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques can be so effective in helping you with your fertility or birth story. We may not be able to rewrite history but it doesn’t need to continue to have a detrimental impact on your future.
